70% of teen mothers complete high school, but are less likely to pursue college.

At your age, the key to lovingly parenting a child is going to be time management.  If you're like most teens in your situation, your life has just gone from being all about you to being all about you taking care of another life.  You may have to make several sacrifices and adapt to a completely new schedule.
While time management is key, dropping out of school will probably not fix any of your problems.  Pursue your education as much as you can.  It will provide a much brighter future for you and for the baby.  If your parents can't help you, some public high schools provide a nursery during school hours.  After school, you may have to pay for day care of a babysitter if you go to work.
It is also important that you know how to properly care for your child.  Check with your local hospital and see if they have any classes that will teach you the basic things that you will need to know in taking care of the new addition to your life.
